As a treat from my sister I can truly say this was a treat as a first timer the service received by Tom on my nails who followed precise instructions and paid very close to detail every step of the way, I could ask for a better nails tech to service me! but it didn’t stop there Helen came through with the pedicure that had me in a zen zone of it’s on her attention to detail and we won’t even get into her strokes where the polish is concerned this place and service received was definitely one of a kind. I have found a new home thanks to my sissy and we can’t forget the goat Tommy and his wife who are my sisters long term nail techs. If your in the Hayward Bst and foothill area and are in need of good quality nail service they won’t disappoint. ~ Rae P
I cannot write enough about how much I LOVE this salon. Seriously, the customer service here is off the charts. Everyone inside is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I've been here 3 times & every time it's been a delight. I usually get my eyebrows & gel nails done & they come out solid every time. Jessica has done my eyebrows & genuinely puts the time in to make sure they look perfect. It's been a long time since I've had someone who cared enough to slow down & make sure they're doing a great job. I've gotten my gel nails done a million times & sadly a lot of places rush them & they chip really fast. Every time I've gotten them done at Royal, they last for weeks. I'm a sculptor so I use my hands a lot & they still last. I will be coming here from now on! Can't recommend enough! <3 ~ Jaclyn D
If you want beautiful nails that last longer than 2 weeks and still are intact and you go just because they've grown.... then this is the place you're looking for.... They treat you with lots of respect from the minute you cross the entrance door until you leave... it is important that they take their time to fix your nails until you're satisfied, pedicure is a must not only it looks pretty but feels awesome... they'll not let you leave until you're happy with their service... mentioning that they will give you complementary drinks is just a little detail to all they have to offer you... everyone there is really nice and polite... I am not looking for a great service anymore.. at ROYAL NAIL BAR I have everything I was looking for and more... ~ Carina A
