If you want beautiful nails that last longer than 2 weeks and still are intact and you go just because they've grown.... then this is the place you're looking for.... They treat you with lots of respect from the minute you cross the entrance door until you leave... it is important that they take their time to fix your nails until you're satisfied, pedicure is a must not only it looks pretty but feels awesome... they'll not let you leave until you're happy with their service... mentioning that they will give you complementary drinks is just a little detail to all they have to offer you... everyone there is really nice and polite... I am not looking for a great service anymore.. at ROYAL NAIL BAR I have everything I was looking for and more... ~ Carina A

I cannot write enough about how much I LOVE this salon. Seriously, the customer service here is off the charts. Everyone inside is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I've been here 3 times & every time it's been a delight. I usually get my eyebrows & gel nails done & they come out solid every time. Jessica has done my eyebrows & genuinely puts the time in to make sure they look perfect. It's been a long time since I've had someone who cared enough to slow down & make sure they're doing a great job. I've gotten my gel nails done a million times & sadly a lot of places rush them & they chip really fast. Every time I've gotten them done at Royal, they last for weeks. I'm a sculptor so I use my hands a lot & they still last. I will be coming here from now on! Can't recommend enough! <3 ~ Jaclyn D

As a treat from my sister I can truly say this was a treat as a first timer the service received by Tom on my nails who followed precise instructions and paid very close to detail every step of the way, I could ask for a better nails tech to service me! but it didn’t stop there Helen came through with the pedicure that had me in a zen zone of it’s on her attention to detail and we won’t even get into her strokes where the polish is concerned this place and service received was definitely one of a kind. I have found a new home thanks to my sissy and we can’t forget the goat Tommy and his wife who are my sisters long term nail techs. If your in the Hayward Bst and foothill area and are in need of good quality nail service they won’t disappoint. ~ Rae P

Previous known as Megan's Nails. I absolutely love this nail spa I only wish my manicure would hurry up and start chipping so I can go get a gel manicure again lol. It's been going on 3 weeks strong💅. This place is wonderful the owners and staff are respectful and so kind....they make you feel like family and provide a nice atmosphere making you feel like your home. Prices are more than fair and more bang for your buck. The salon is huge and most important very clean. I would give them 10⭐ stars if I could. See you guys real soon. ~ Yanira S

I have come here twice and have enjoyed it every time. The quality of the work is good and I especially love how clean they are. I'm very particular about cleanliness and they have exceeded every expectation. The pedicure massage chairs are awesome and so are the packages for spa pedis, manicures (gel mani $30!). Mike and the staff are always so friendly and accommodating, I haven't had to make an appointment (walk-in) and they take me every time. PLUS: complimentary wine, margaritas or other drinks and snacks. Highly recommend 👍🏻 ~ Claudia M

This is the best nail spa in Hayward. The customer service went above and beyond my expectation. I’ve never had such a top notch experience during a pedicure. From the moment you walk in the aim to earn your repeat business! The salon is very clean and they have very professional nail technicians. The polish and service options give you many choices! My friend and I have been wanting to get our nails done for a few months now but it's so hard to find a good place. She saw this spot a few weeks ago and our husbands finally pushed us to go so we did. They're amazing and super nice. They make conversation with you and you can also have a cup of wine while they're working on you. Thank you for a great first time and we will be back next year. I heard about their grand opening from a friend and decided to check it out, especially because their prices are a little cheaper than where I usually go. I made an appointment for my sister, my two nieces and myself. We all got pedicures, the nieces and I got manicures as well. The shop is huge with about 10 massage pedicure chairs with an attached screen to all of them to choose your massage type... fancy! They offer various pedicure packages starting at $25 and up. They also have a bar in the corner with drinks and snacks available to their customers. There's floor to ceiling windows all around to let in a great amount of natural lighting. Okay, back to the service. The ladies as well as the owner Mike are all super friendly. Jessica did my regular polish pedicure and Sarah did my gel manicure, and let me tell you the leg massage did not disappoint. I'll admit I fell asleep for a quick minute. My nails turned out amazing and are pretty and prepped for my upcoming cruise vacation! I will definitely be coming back. The service and employees what make this place enjoyable and a great place to relax and have a drink.... or two. ~ Adriana E

Stopped in early on Monday morning to get a pedicure and was immediately helped. Had a lovely relaxing time with the deluxe service. (The Shea butter smells so good!) Really nice, attentive staff, huge selection of polish colors, and great massage chairs. To top it all off they offer drinks, so I got to enjoy some coffee too! This nail salon definitely need to be rated 5 stars! It’s brand new and clean and owner and staff are very friendly. You can’t beat the hospitality and that is quite important when you own a service business. Downtown Hayward is getting a makeover and this place is a start. Went to this place because it was my bday and my girlfriend bought me a pedicure. I was pretty drunk and knocked over a glass filled with a margarita. The staff were super nice and assured me that it was okay. I was super akward because this was the first time I've ever had a pedicure and they were friendly and stuff. 10/10 would go here again. This is what every nail salon should aspire to be like. From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed. The owner is super nice. The employees are very meticulous and nice. They have state of the art massage chairs and to top it off, they have complimentary drinks! This is my new nail spot! Definitely give this salon a try. It is a great location parking is not a problem. Service was pretty great. I got a dip on my natural nails & a collagen pedi with gel. My nails were overdue. I also didn't get the easiest color choice. Red glitter dip isn't easy. All came out even, shaped nicely, no cuts and skin areas are smooth. ~ Create O

Wow, I had such a great time last Friday. They accommodated our reservations. At other salons I make an appointment only to wait 20-30 minutes. They did beautiful work on both mine and my friend's pedicure. I also enjoyed a nice refreshing vodka cocktail while getting my nails done. These ladies were so hospitable. We’ve been coming to Royal Nail Bar for years for mani and pedi. They always do a really lovely job. This time, I was excited to take my 2.5 & 5.5 year olds there. I love getting mani-pedis here. I work with my hands, so I can’t get polish for my nails so they just spend time giving my fingers extra love. The pedi chairs are so comfortable. I go here to distress and thank goodness they are so affordable. ~ Kristine
